About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can operate at the intersection of engineering, consulting, product development, and customer success.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their operations, identify opportunities for automation, design AI-powered solutions, and guide those solutions from initial discovery through deployment and expansion.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will need to understand both business problems and technical systems, communicate effectively with executives and operational teams, and coordinate internal developers and contractors to deliver successful implementations.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, commercially aware, comfortable working directly with customers, and excited about using AI agents to solve real-world business problems
