About EOS Group

EOS Group is an international company with operations in the United States and Colombia, providing support for logistics and transportation operations. Our Colombian team works closely with our U.S. operations, supporting areas such as Track & Trace, Dispatch, After Hours, and other transportation-related processes.

We are looking for a Track & Trace Specialist to join our team and be responsible for monitoring and tracking loads throughout the transportation process, ensuring accurate and timely updates on the status of each shipment.

Main Responsibilities
Monitor and track loads throughout the transportation process.
Maintain regular communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
Keep load location and status information updated.
Identify and report delays, issues, or situations that may affect operations.
Follow up on delivery times and service compliance.
Record and maintain accurate operational information in the corresponding systems.
Escalate operational issues when necessary.
Coordinate closely with Dispatch, After Hours, and other operational teams.
Prepare and maintain reports related to load tracking.
Ensure clear and professional communication with all parties involved.
Requirements
Previous experience in Track & Trace, logistics, transportation, Dispatch, or a related field.
Experience tracking loads and communicating with drivers or carriers.
Good knowledge of computer tools and tracking systems.
Intermediate to advanced English level, both written and spoken.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
