Customer Service and Sales Representative - work remotely for a U.S. Company

SHAD USA is the official national distributor of the world-renowned SHAD brand of motorcycle luggage in the United States. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, we provide high-quality luggage products and accessories to motorcycle enthusiasts, with an immediate focus of serving and growing the U.S. market.

We are seeking an energetic, independent, proactive and responsible Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver a consistently high level of customer service while assisting customers and promoting our portfolio of motorcycle luggage products and accessories.

In this role, you will interact with customers on a daily basis through incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat conversations. You will assist customers with product questions, compatibility, order details and updates, and other general inquiries. As you gain experience and product knowledge, you will also have opportunities to develop your sales skills through upselling and cross-selling.

While this position is initially focused primarily on customer service, strong communication and sales skills can lead to significant growth opportunities within our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and willing to make a strong effort to learn our product line. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with customers in a positive, confident, professional and dynamic manner.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but is not required. We value independence, proactiveness, communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to interact confidently with people through phone calls, chat, and email.

Remote Work Position
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. We are not a call center or BPO organization. You will work directly with SHAD USA, a company headquartered in Miami, Florida, while working remotely from your location of residence.

Requirements
Strong English, both spoken and written (minimum B2/B2+ level)
Responsible, organized, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Positive and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Reliable and stable internet connection
A quiet workspace with no significant background noise during working hours
Own computer suitable for remote work


Salary and Growth Opportunity
The base salary for this position will be paid in Colombian Pesos (COP).

First 3 months (probationary period): $2,000,000 COP per month
After successfully completing the 3-month probationary period: $3,000,000 COP per month

During the first month, you will receive training and support to learn our products, systems, and customer service processes. As you gain experience, your abilities will be applied and evaluated in real-world customer service and sales scenarios with continued support from our team.

In addition to the base salary, there will be future opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses.
These additional incentives may be paid in U.S. dollars, depending on the program and performance structure. With strong performance and sales skills, commissions can significantly increase your monthly earnings.
