Bilingual Appointment Setter - US Company, Paid in Dollars, Remote

We run patient acquisition for dental practices in the United States. We are hiring remote agents to call and follow up with patient leads. Real humans on the phone, every call.
Fully remote. You must be available for consistent shifts inside our coverage window: 8 AM to 3 AM Eastern Time, 7 days a week. Shifts are scheduled within that window.
IMPORTANT: If you do not speak fluent English, fluent enough to hold a natural phone conversation with US customers, please do not apply. We filter very hard on this and it is the first thing we check. Applying without it only wastes your time and ours.

Hard requirements (non-negotiable):

Fluent spoken and written English, clear on the phone, neutral or near-zero accent
Proven experience in call center, appointment setting, or telesales. A must, not a plus
High-speed internet, minimum 25 Mbps, wired connection preferred over WiFi
Laptop or desktop running Windows 10/11 or macOS. No Chromebooks, tablets, or phones for work
A working webcam, required for training and team meetings
Minimum 8 GB RAM and a dual-core processor or better
USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone
A quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise
Reliable and available for US-hour shifts, including weekends

Starting monthly salary of USD 865 (full-time), paid monthly via Wise
