WERE HIRING: TRAINER IV Are you passionate about learning, coaching, and helping people perform at their best? Were looking for an experienced Trainer to join our Training team and support the development of employees within a dynamic healthcare and contact center environment. What youll do: Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training, facilitate new hire classes, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, support the development and improvement of training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze training results, and help identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance. What were looking for: 5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environments College degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience with call center operations and performance metrics Familiarity with LMS, CRM and contact center technologies Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook English level: C1 Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. EST Schedule may vary depending on business needs. New Hire Training: Training classes may last up to 6 weeks.
