We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our team in two different positions: Legal Assistant and Intake Specialist, supporting U.S. Personal Injury law firms.

Candidates will be evaluated and considered for the position that best matches their experience and skills.

Position 1: Legal Assistant – Personal Injury
As a Legal Assistant, you will support Case Managers and attorneys with the day-to-day management of Personal Injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather case information and required documentation.
- Assist with opening and following up on insurance claims.
- Communicate with insurance representatives, medical providers, and clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding medical treatment, appointments, and records.
- Request, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Assist Case Managers with case updates, document preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor deadlines, calendars, and follow-up activities throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Maintain accurate case notes and information in the firm's case management system.

Position 2: Intake Specialist – Personal Injury
As an Intake Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential clients and will help gather the information needed for the initial evaluation of Personal Injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and communicate with potential clients professionally and empathetically.
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information about potential cases.
- Ask appropriate questions to identify key facts related to the client's situation.
- Accurately document information, notes, and case details in the firm's CRM or case management system.
- Request necessary information and documentation from potential clients.
- Coordinate consultations or appointments with attorneys and legal team members.
- Follow up with potential clients when additional information is required.
- Collaborate with attorneys, Case Managers, and other members of the legal team.

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Legal Assistant, Intake, Case Management, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Personal Injury experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with U.S. law firms is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow processes, and meet deadlines.
- Strong client-service skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or legal case management software.
- Spanish and English bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Personal Injury, pre-litigation, insurance claims, medical records, or client intake.
- Experience using Filevine, CASEpeer, MyCase, or similar case management software.
- Colombian law degree or legal education is a plus.
