Coordinador Junior de Marketing y Marca

Global Strategic Network is looking for a Junior Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support the execution of marketing, branding, and communication strategies for our operations in Colombia and the United States, as well as our beauty and cosmetics lines.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented professional who enjoys turning ideas and strategies into engaging content, digital campaigns, and measurable marketing actions.

What are we looking for?

Professional or technologist degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation, digital campaigns, or e-commerce.

Knowledge of:

Social media platforms.
Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Copywriting.
Content creation and editing.
Digital metrics and reporting.
Canva and/or Adobe/Figma.
AI tools applied to content creation.
Conversational English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity and visual judgment.
Clear communication and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience or knowledge in:

Beauty and cosmetics.
Pharmacy or healthcare.
E-commerce.
SEO/SEM.
Web design.
Packaging.
Colombian and U.S. markets.

Work Schedule

Bogotá – 100% On-site

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
