Bilingual Remote Video Editor in Venezuela - Spanish and English for Social Media

Spin MGMT is looking for a talented Bilingual Video Editor who can transform creative ideas into scroll-stopping social media content.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a good command of English. You will need to understand instructions, written feedback, video scripts, and content in both languages. You may also participate in team meetings conducted in English.

Location Requirement:

This remote position is open exclusively to candidates who currently live in Venezuela. Applications from individuals residing outside Venezuela will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

* Edit dynamic reels, stories, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.
* Transform raw footage and creative concepts into polished, engaging videos.
* Add transitions, effects, captions, music, graphics, and other visual elements.
* Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
* Apply strong pacing, storytelling, typography, and sound design.
* Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines for different clients.
* Review and implement feedback from the creative and management teams.
* Organize project files and deliver completed videos within the established deadlines.
* Handle additional creative video requests based on client needs.
* Edit content in both Spanish and English.

Requirements:

* Currently residing in Venezuela.
* Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
* Good spoken and written English, preferably B2 level or higher.
* Ability to understand instructions, feedback, scripts, and meetings in English.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
* Previous experience editing reels, social media videos, or short-form content.
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, and sound design.
* Good visual judgment and knowledge of current social media trends.
* Strong attention to detail, typography, and visual consistency.
* Creativity, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
* A reliable computer and stable internet connection.
* An updated portfolio or demo reel.
