Documentation Specialist - Bilingue

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist to join our Purchasing team. This role is responsible for supporting the new item setup process, coordinating vendor documentation, and ensuring all product information is accurate and complete to facilitate successful product launches and imports. Key responsabilities Coordinate with buyers and vendors to obtain required product and supplier documentation. Create and maintain new item records in the system. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Follow up with vendors to collect missing information and ensure timely completion of required documents. Coordinate documentation with internal departments, including Duties, Registration, and Quality Assurance. Assist with new vendor setup and supplier information updates. Validate new product listings on PriceSmart.com. Prioritize tasks based on department deadlines and business needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
