Job Opportunity: Bilingual Tech Support (Smart Devices)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $3,200,000 COP per month + transportation allowance $249,095 COP per month
Location: Medellín, office in Milla de Oro (Poblado) – 100% on-site, no remote option
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time, adjusts with daylight savings)

About the Position

Do you want to grow professionally in the world of smart devices and work with a global company headquartered in Canada?

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide support to a well-known e-commerce brand specializing in consumer electronics and IoT (smart home devices).

Responsibilities
Resolve complex technical issues via email, tickets, or phone calls.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the products and their common solutions.
Understand and diagnose customer problems quickly and accurately.
Escalate cases to Tier 3 / IT when necessary.
Report incidents and customer feedback to improve the customer experience and products.

Requirements

English level B2+/C1 (fluent in writing and speaking).
Excellent writing skills in English, clear and concise.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in technical support or a technical background.
Mandatory experience with IoT and smart home devices.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Samsung Smart Home.
Experience using Zendesk is a plus.
