Experience and Skills

• Senior-level experience, including 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Strong Python programming skills for test automation and scripting.
• Proven experience testing REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience validating data-driven applications and complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience working within Agile software development teams.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership within a small, fast-moving team.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing, Backend Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies and scalable testing processes for new products and client integrations.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Python and modern frameworks to validate web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Develop test plans, test cases, regression suites, and release validation processes.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate quality assurance early in the development cycle and improve overall release readiness.
• Leverage AI tools and modern methodologies to optimize QA efficiency, test coverage, and defect analysis.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will establish and lead quality assurance practices across an advanced AI execution platform and its client implementations. You will own the quality strategy from the ground up, defining how testing is integrated into the engineering process from planning through release. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you will design scalable QA processes that support fast-moving AI and software development initiatives. In this role, you will design both manual and automated testing approaches for web applications, APIs, and complex AI-driven workflows. You will build and maintain automated test suites using Python and modern testing frameworks, validating data pipelines and third-party integrations.
