Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. Youll support customers with their orders and provide solutions through written channels, while remaining flexible to handle phone interactions if business needs require it. What were looking for: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced English Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused mindset and empathy Clear, professional, and effective communication High productivity and attention to detail Flexibility to interact with customers through different channels What we offer: Salary: $2,848,000 + $100,000 bonus + 15% performance bonus + legal benefits Contract: Indefinite-term contract Schedule: 42 hours/week, fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with 2 days off per week Training: 12 weeks + 1 week of transitional nesting, depending on seasonal needs Location: On-site Connecta Bogotá, Cll 26 92-32 Start Date: October 2026 The most important requirement?
