At Theissl CX Services, we are building a dedicated talent pipeline of skilled Customer Experience (CX) and Support Specialists for upcoming projects with international clients (mainly US and European companies).

Important Note / How this works:
This position is on an as-needed / project basis. By applying, your candidate profile may be presented directly to our prospective clients so they can select the best candidate for their specific project. Once a client selects your profile, project onboarding and work will begin immediately.
Requirements:

Language: Advanced / C1 Level Fluent English (both written and spoken is mandatory; all work and client interaction is 100% in English).

Availability: Flexibility to be included in our candidate database and readiness to start when a new project/client launches.
Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet, professional home office environment.
Equipment: Your own computer (laptop/desktop) and a noise-canceling headset with microphone.
Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, Back Office, or Call Center roles is a plus.
