Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operational and Execution Responsibilities

Client and Partner Support
- Present new product and service proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Support clients in integrating products into their platforms, including form management, email coordination, and operational support.
- Provide training and commercial support to clients, partners, and internal teams as required.

Product and Database Management
- Review and update the product and service database in collaboration with the team responsible for information management.
- Organize and optimize supplier, product, and service information within the company’s management system.
- Ensure that products and services across all business areas are properly compiled, updated, and readily available for internal consultation.
- Verify that information is complete, well organized, and presented according to consistent standards.

Quotation and Operations Management
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients and commercial activities.
- Coordinate the execution of product presentation, familiarization, and evaluation activities.
- Develop general product samples and proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Follow up on assigned requests, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

Quality and Inspection
- Support the development and implementation of inspection requirements for equipment, facilities, and resources used in service delivery.
- Verify compliance with the company’s established operational and quality standards.
- Ensure that personnel participating in events, site visits, or commercial activities collect the required photographic material.
- Identify and report opportunities for improvement related to product and service quality.

Internal and Supplier Training
- Provide operational training to suppliers and partners regarding expected service standards.
- Support the training of internal teams on new products, services, and procedures.
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to enhance the overall client experience.

Image and Content Management
- Maintain an updated and well-organized image library for products and services.
- Request and collect photographic material during events, site visits, inspections, and commercial activities.
- Ensure that images and content comply with the company’s quality and presentation standards.
- Support the development and updating of technical product sheets, presentations, and commercial materials.

2. Shared Responsibilities Between the Coordination Team and Executives

Product Development and Optimization
- Develop and optimize the commercial structure of products and services.
- Create tools and resources that facilitate the promotion, presentation, and sale of the company’s portfolio.
- Standardize information to improve accessibility and usability across internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to create, improve, or update products and services.

Presentations and Training
- Present new proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Train clients, partners, and internal teams to strengthen product knowledge, sales capabilities, and operational execution.
- Prepare supporting materials for meetings, training sessions, and commercial presentations.

Supplier & Partner Negotiations
- Strategically negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms.
- Negotiate improvements to pricing, conditions, and service agreements.
- Visit suppliers and partners to address and resolve operational, commercial, or pricing-related issues.
- Provide operational training to suppliers and partners on the company’s expected service standards.
- Follow up on agreed commitments and negotiated conditions with suppliers and partners.

Supplier Management and Quality
- Implement inspection and quality-control protocols.
- Monitor supplier and partner performance against the company’s operational and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in supplier performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to strengthen and improve the client experience.

Marketing and Brand Positioning
- Implement brand positioning and presentation strategies.
- Support the creation and updating of commercial content.
- Collaborate with the administrative team on communication, corporate identity, and institutional presentation initiatives.
- Ensure the proper application of brand guidelines across all materials developed.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support and collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Maintain seamless communication between the Product team and other departments.
- Follow up on requests, commitments, and projects involving multiple departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.

Salary: COP 2,600,000 per month, plus transportation allowance.

- Employment contract for a position classified as one of management, trust, and responsibility.
- One-year fixed-term contract, renewable.
- Working hours: Monday through Friday, with occasional availability on Saturdays when required by business needs.

Requerimientos

• Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica
• 1 año de experiencia
• Idiomas: Inglés
• Conocimientos: Administración, Agilidad, Canva, Diseño, Marketing de producto, Adaptabilidad
• Disponibilidad de viajar: Si
