Application Specialist (Property Management)
· Location: On-site Camacol, Cra 63 49A 31, Floors 9 & 10, Medellín, Colombia Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. (42 hours per week, Colombia Time) Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Application Specialist to support our Property Management operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with customers, and have strong attention to detail. The Application Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective residents throughout the leasing application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Initiate, collect, and follow up on all required documentation during the lease application process. Provide ongoing support and communication to applicants with applications that are in progress or under review. Complete the application review and underwriting process. Accurately document all customer interactions and updates within the CRM system. Guide prospective residents through a smooth and high-touch application and move-in process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and written communications. Collaborate effectively with Leasing Agents, Property Managers, and other internal teams. Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, leasing, property management, or related fields. Experience handling documentation and process follow-up is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
