Marketing Manager

What we're looking for

What you'll do

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with Acadelite's brand and business objectives.
• Help define our messaging, target audiences, channels, and content strategy.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor marketing performance and use insights to improve our approach.

Social Media & Content

• Own Acadelite's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop and manage a forward-looking content calendar.
• Create written, visual, and short-form video content.
• Write captions, hooks, and other marketing copy.
• Turn student achievements, testimonials, program moments, and educational insights into compelling content.
• Adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
• Use Canva and AI tools efficiently to produce high-quality content at scale.

Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Support or manage marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and test different content and campaign ideas.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives.

Community & Brand

• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in Acadelite's tone of voice.
• Identify commercial inquiries and route qualified leads to Sales.
• Maintain a consistent, premium brand image across all marketing touchpoints.
• Work closely with the CEO and Academic Director to turn student achievements, testimonials, and company expertise into marketing opportunities.

Working conditions

• Remote
• 25 hours per week
• Must be available during Panama working hours
• $600–800 USD/month, depending on experience and profile
• Working language: English

About Acadelite

Acadelite is a premium education company helping ambitious high-school students build strong profiles for admission to top universities in the US and UK. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of Acadelite's marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media, content, brand presence, and lead generation. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity, strong communication, and commercial awareness.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual posts and understand how different marketing activities work together to build the brand and generate qualified leads.
