You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing personalized support, resolving customer needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the RH commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for a polished, customer-focused professional with a passion for service, interior design, and home furnishings. Key Responsibilities Embody and promote RHs Vision, Values, and Beliefs in every customer interaction. Represent the RH brand through professional communication, personal presentation, and exceptional service. Welcome and engage customers to identify their needs and connect them with the appropriate team members or resources. Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure customer concerns and requests are resolved effectively. Build customer loyalty by developing a strong understanding of RH products, services, systems, and processes. Educate customers on RH Interior Design services and identify opportunities to connect them with design professionals. Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment while always doing the right thing. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, luxury sales, or a related customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitude. Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
