We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant with experience leading accounting teams, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the companys compliance with tax obligations. Responsibilities: Oversee the companys accounting operations Lead and develop the Accounting Analysts team Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger Oversee monthly and annual accounting closing processes Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports Coordinate the preparation and filing of tax obligations Coordinate internal and external audit requirements Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Work closely with the Finance Director on financial reporting processes Requirements: Certified Public Accountant with a valid Professional License (postgraduate degree desirable) 5+ years of experience in accounting areas, including team leadership English level: B2-C1 Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks (BUK desirable) Solid knowledge of Colombian accounting standards and IFRS Experience in balance-sheet account reconciliation, financial statements, taxes, magnetic media, and payroll Skills: Colombian accounting standards (IFRS/NIIF) · Financial statement preparation and analysis · Monthly and annual accounting closing · Bank and balance-sheet reconciliations · Tax compliance and filing · General ledger management · Internal and external audit coordination · Advanced Excel · Power BI · QuickBooks · Team leadership · Analytical thinking · Attention to detail · Effective communication Compensation and terms: Salary: $8,500,000 COP Bonus: $1,000,000 COP Contract type: Permanent (Indefinite-term) Schedule: 42 hours per week Work mode: 100% on-site Conecta 80, Bogotá.
