Workspark is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager in Colombia to work full time with an established US marketing agency.

You will be hired as a Workspark employee and become part of the agency’s daily operation. You will work directly with its internal teams, use its systems, attend meetings, and help manage real client work.

This is not freelance work or a temporary project. The agency will manage your daily responsibilities. Workspark will handle your employment, payroll, statutory benefits, HR support, and long term employee experience.

What you will own:
You will keep multiple client accounts, campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables moving.
You are not expected to be the media buyer. You are expected to understand digital marketing well enough to know what must happen, who owns it, and when it must be completed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage digital marketing projects across multiple client accounts
• Turn requests into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and next steps
• Break larger projects into manageable deliverables
• Assign, monitor, and update work in Asana
• Communicate throughout the workday through Slack and Asana
• Track campaign launches, optimizations, reporting, creative needs, ad copy, keyword research, and recurring tasks
• Identify missing information, blockers, and delivery risks early
• Coordinate with paid media, customer experience, creative, account, and leadership teams
• Follow up with team members and keep workstreams accountable
• Escalate delays, unclear requests, and workload concerns before deadlines are missed
• Join internal meetings and occasional client calls
• Support campaign quality assurance when needed
• Independently own assigned accounts within your first ninety days

Required qualifications:
Please review these carefully. We do not want to waste your time or ours.
• At least three years of professional project management experience
• Meaningful experience inside a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, campaigns, or workstreams
• Strong understanding of paid digital marketing workflows, including Google Ads, Meta, paid search, paid social, or programmatic advertising
• Professional experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform
• Confidence using Slack as a primary daily communication tool
• Ability to create tasks, assign owners, manage timelines, identify blockers, and drive completion independently
• Experience communicating delays, risks, and workload concerns before deadlines are missed
• Comfort working directly with US based teams
• Availability from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time, including seasonal US time changes
• Reliable internet, a professional remote workspace, and a strong video meeting setup

English fluency is nonnegotiable:
This role requires exceptional spoken and written English.
You must be able to understand fast moving conversations, participate confidently in meetings, communicate naturally through Slack, write clear Asana tasks and updates, and explain risks, delays, priorities, and next steps without confusion.
Applications, interviews, and assessments will be conducted in English.

• Campaign build reviews or quality assurance
• Creative requests, ad copy, or keyword research
• Client calls
• Distributed or international teams
• Responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity
