Starting at $800 USD/month, based on experience, qualifications.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Senior Social Media Growth Manager to lead the organic growth of multiple premium brands.

This is much more than a scheduling position. You'll develop content strategies, create engaging content, edit videos, analyze performance, identify trends, and continuously improve results.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks creatively, works independently, and wants to help build brands for years—not just complete short-term freelance projects.

Primary availability during Eastern Time business hours
Responsibilities
Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Produce high-quality Reels, Stories, short-form videos, carousels, founder content, testimonials, and educational content.
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and calls to action.
Grow followers, engagement, reach, website traffic, and qualified leads through organic strategies.
Monitor analytics, test ideas, optimize performance, and present recommendations.
Respond to comments and messages while maintaining a premium brand image.
Collaborate with the founder, creative team, photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team.
Requirements

Required

3+ years of professional social media management experience
Proven organic social media growth
Experience creating high-performing or viral content
Strong video editing and copywriting skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Meta Business Suite
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred
Experience with luxury brands, hospitality, weddings, premium consumer products, influencer marketing, paid social advertising, or SEO.

AI & Technology

We encourage the thoughtful use of AI to improve creativity and efficiency. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Opus Clip, or similar tools is highly valued.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, we'd like to see measurable improvements in organic follower growth, engagement, video performance, posting consistency, brand consistency, website traffic, and qualified lead generation.

Success is measured by meaningful results—not simply by the number of posts published.
