Customer Host Expert – Trilingual Italian English - On site Bogotá

Were looking for a Trilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá. The Customer Service Expert will aid hosts with questions regarding their properties, claims and related topics. In addition to this, the CSE will help hosts optimize their property listing(s) potential through education of our products, tools, and/or services in order to improve the quality, impact, and utilization of Airbnb homes. The expert will also be in charge of assessing and tagging listings for rating homes on quality, and deciding which categories they should go in.
