Credit Specialist

Are you experienced in account management, client training, and relationship building? We are looking for a Credit Specialist to support newly enrolled merchants, guide them through the onboarding process, and help them confidently implement a Point-of-Sale lending platform into their sales process. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled merchants, providing training, ongoing support, and follow-up until they are successfully activated and ready to transition to their Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned newly enrolled merchants. Build strong relationships with merchants throughout the onboarding and activation process. Contact assigned merchants to schedule and complete training sessions. Train and coach merchants on how to effectively use the Point-of-Sale lending platform. Provide guidance and recommendations based on each merchants needs. Support merchants with questions or issues related to the platform and implementation process. Follow best practices, tools, and playbooks to provide an effective onboarding experience. Record all merchant interactions and activities accurately in the CRM. Create and manage follow-up tasks to ensure timely communication. Complete assigned merchant activation campaigns. Ensure merchants feel confident and prepared before transitioning them to their Account Manager. Support additional campaigns or responsibilities according to business needs. Requirements High School Diploma is required. 2+ years of experience in Account Management and Training within the BPO industry. Strong experience working directly with clients or accounts. Experience training, coaching, or onboarding customers. Experience using CRM systems and managing client follow-ups. Experience or knowledge in the Fintech or financial services industry is a plus. Advanced English level B2+/C1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Conditions Salary: COP $3,678,500 + commissions Work Model: 100% remote Contract: Indefinite-term employment contract Schedule This position requires full availability under a flexible daily schedule, working five (5) days per week with a rotating weekly schedule. Working days and hours may vary depending on the assigned week and season. The rotating days-off structure is: Weeks 1 and 3: Friday is the mandatory day off. Weeks 2 and 4: Saturday is the mandatory day off. Candidates must therefore have availability to work weekends according to the established monthly schedule. Monday: 1:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. Tuesday: 12:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday: 1:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m., depending on the weekly schedule. The assigned day among Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday may vary based on the weekly schedule.
