Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls
- Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide product/service guidance, and maintain a friendly, empathetic tone.

- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of pending cases.
- Maintain consistency in tone and accuracy across written correspondence.
