Job Title:Customer Service & Back Office Representative Location: Barranquilla, Colombia Modality : On-site Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level or higher). Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service & Back Office Representative to support active and terminated clients through phone and email interactions. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all client information and documentation are accurately recorded in the system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound customer calls throughout the day and respond to client inquiries professionally. * Assist active and terminated clients via phone and email. * Resolve customer requests and follow up on pending cases. * Collect, verify, and update customer information and required documentation in company systems. * Perform back-office and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience handling administrative or back-office processes.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
