· About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented operations professional to join our clients team in the consumer products sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing daily marketplace operations, handling escalated customer service cases, processing and troubleshooting EDI order flows, and running retail fulfillment workflows. Responsibilities Own daily marketplace operations: orders, refunds, and disputes across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay Manage escalated customer service cases with excellent judgment and impeccable written English Process and troubleshoot EDI order flows, coordinating with providers and partners when issues arise Run retail fulfillment workflows end to end: shipping labels, pick reports, and parcel shipments (ShipStation) Onboard new retail clients across our platforms Supervise the output of our automation: verify, catch discrepancies, correct course, and continuously improve the processes Act as operational backup across the department when teammates are out Requirements 3 years in e-commerce or marketplace operations (Amazon required; Walmart/eBay a plus) Excellent professional English, written and spoken daily communication with U.S. customers and vendors Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred) and customer-facing decision-making Working knowledge of EDI and comfort troubleshooting order flow issues ShipStation or similar shipping platform experience Organized, self-directed, and accountable youll manage processes, not wait for instructions Full overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours Preferred Qualifications (if any) Spanish Rithum/ChannelAdvisor Shopify Experience working alongside AI or automated workflows
