Bilingual Legal File Clerk

We’re seeking a detail-oriented GL Legal File Clerk to support the creation and maintenance of General Liability (GL) claims files and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
-)Complete all relevant information in the case management system after the Intake Team opens the preliminary case, including party information and incident details.
-)Set up initial case tasks and to-dos according to the supervisor’s instructions.
-)Download and upload digital claim files and key documents.
-)Download electronic case files (e-files) from the court clerk’s docket.
-)Review incoming claim materials and determine how they should be organized within the case management system.
-)Combine, save, and code documentation in the firm’s case management system following approved naming conventions.
-)Create and communicate discovery response templates (“shells”) to the assigned attorney.
-)Proactively communicate with team members and the Department Leader.

Qualifications & Skills
-)B2+ level of English.
-)Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems.
-)Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
