You will recruit talent across several countries in the Region and help meet business goals with simple, human processes aligned to The Gallagher Way. Youll work with accessible, collaborative leaders, with the autonomy to suggest improvements and learn every day. Your impact will show in a clear and respectful candidate experience, faster time to fill, and trusted relationships with business teams. How youll make an impact: Youll run the full recruitment cycle. Youll post roles, source in networks and communities, manage referrals, and keep healthy pipelines. Youll review CVs and applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and share clear recommendations with hiring leaders. Youll make every interaction positive, inclusive, and transparent. Youll also partner with external providers when needed, keep job descriptions and specifications up to date, and ensure hiring practices comply with local laws and company policies. Youll prepare welldocumented hiring reports and use data to improve. Youll stay current on attraction trends and Recruitment Marketing to position our employer brand in the Region. Youll work with autonomy and get guidance from your leaders when you need it. Requirements: 3 years in endtoend recruitment and interviewing, with experience in other Human Capital processes. You communicate with candidates and leaders with respect and clarity in Spanish and English. You have B2 or higher English across reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera Profesional
