ERP Program Level Project Manager – Quality Assurance - Bilingual English

Youll lead user acceptance testing for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. The work centres on Project Operations and Finance and Operations, with a focus on multiple integrations, test automation through AccelQ, and testing workflows in Azure DevOps. Youll help turn business needs into testing plans that are clear, well tracked, and ready for delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES: Youll lead the UAT approach for the programme, building the testing plan, schedule, and testing process for the Dynamics 365 modules in scope. Youll coordinate testing across integrations, make sure test cases line up with business needs, and use AccelQ and Azure DevOps to manage testing activity, reporting, and progress. Youll work closely with business users, developers, and system integrators to resolve issues, share updates, and keep the release on track. Youll also keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and next steps, so decisions can be made quickly and with the right information. Lead UAT planning, execution, and reporting for a global ERP programme. Coordinate testing across Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules. Manage test automation through AccelQ. Administer test workflows and status reporting in Azure DevOps. Share clear updates on progress, issues, risks, and next steps. QUALIFICATIONS: You have at least 7 years of experience in program-level project management with a focus on QA and UAT for ERP systems. You have a bachelor´s degree You have and Advanced English level (both written and spoken). You have led UAT for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Project Operations and Finance and Operations. You have managed testing for multiple integrations in a global environment. You have used AccelQ to support test automation. You have worked with Azure DevOps to manage testing tasks, tracking, and reporting. You can explain complex testing issues in simple terms to business users, developers, and senior stakeholders. You hold a bachelors degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. It would also help if you have PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification, or experience with ERP testing risk management.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera Profesional
