We're looking for a WordPress & SEO Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve multiple client websites. If you enjoy working with WordPress, SEO, website performance, and analytics—and want to grow into advanced digital marketing services—this is an excellent opportunity.

You'll work directly with U.S. clients while collaborating with our marketing and content teams to ensure every website remains fast, secure, optimized, and continuously improving.

What You'll Do

WordPress Website Management
Manage multiple WordPress websites.
Perform WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates.
Monitor website health and perform routine backups.
Build and update pages using Elementor or Divi.
Publish blog posts and website content.
Troubleshoot basic website issues.
Ensure websites remain secure and up to date.

SEO Optimization

Execute on-page SEO best practices.
Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, and internal linking.
Conduct keyword research.
Monitor crawlability and indexing.
Manage redirects and fix 404 errors.
Improve Core Web Vitals and page performance.
Maintain Google Business Profiles for multi-location clients.
Implement basic structured data (Schema).

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Use Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
Track website traffic and conversions.
Build monthly client reports using Looker Studio.
Test forms and lead tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve website performance.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys both the technical and marketing sides of websites.

Required Qualifications
-Fully bilingual — excellent written and verbal English and Spanish (C1+ English required) for daily work with U.S.-based clients

-Approximately 3 years of experience managing WordPress websites.

-Experience implementing on-page and technical SEO.

-Strong knowledge of:

WordPress
Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console
Google Tag Manager
SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest

-Basic HTML and CSS skills.

-Experience creating reports and dashboards (Looker Studio is a plus).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client websites simultaneously.

- Professional English communication skills (C1 or higher).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of these tools or services is a strong plus—but not required.
