Motorcycle Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are opening the position for our motorcycle fleet at Naran Colombia.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role function. You will be responsible for the technical side of our motorcycle fleet, will build our workshop and technical service center in Bogotá from the ground up, and will support the delivery team day to day: vehicle handover and intake, and keeping the fleet operational. You will start with the essentials — oil changes, brake pads, preventive maintenance — and progressively develop the team's capability for more complex repairs. In short: you set up the workshop, define the processes, and grow the technical expertise.

Main responsibilities
- Build and lead the service workshop from scratch (space, tools, and processes)
- Own the technical side of the motorcycle fleet — preventive and corrective maintenance
- Start with basic services (oil, brakes, maintenance) and progressively expand service capabilities
- Manage vehicle handover and intake, and support the delivery team with fleet operations
- Create processes, checklists, and KPIs for service and fleet
- Manage spare parts, suppliers, and external workshops
- Train and lead the technical team as the operation grows
- Monitor fleet KPIs and operational availability

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motorcycle maintenance
- Experience setting up or operating workshops or service centers
- Proven ability to create processes, checklists, and KPIs from scratch
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, renting, courier services, or last-mile delivery (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel or fleet control systems
- Leadership skills to build and direct a team
- English proficiency to communicate with our global team
- Willingness to work in the field and on the workshop floor, not only from the office

Work arrangement: 100% on-site in Bogotá, Colombia.
