Customer Service Representative - Omnichannel

Do you have experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Back Office operations and feel comfortable handling both outbound calls and ticket management?

Iterum BPO is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support payment-related processes, case investigation, and customer requests through different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Back Office tickets related to payment requests and issues, reviewing and validating the information provided.
- Make outbound calls when necessary to gather information, clarify cases, or follow up on customer requests.
- Investigate cases, analyze information, and identify the root cause of issues to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Accurately document each interaction and maintain complete case traceability in the required platforms.

Requirements:

- English level B2 or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in Call Center (Backoffice + outbound preferred)
- Full availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Full availability to work 100% onsite at our offices near El Dorado Airport in Bogotá.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently.
- Good computer and technology skills; HubSpot experience is a plus.

- Base salary of COP $2,800,000 + Performance Bonuses
- Fixed-term contract through January 12, 2027, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite-term contract based on performance and operational needs.

Schedule & Work Location:

- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Two days off, mainly on weekends.
