What Youll Do Insurance & Risk Operations Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Review policy information and carrier documentation Ensure certificates are issued accurately and from the appropriate policy Process requests through internal platforms and service portals Maintain organized and updated insurance records Client & Vendor Support Communicate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Respond to requests and follow up on pending items Provide professional and timely customer service Build strong working relationships across multiple teams Documentation & Data Management Maintain policy endorsements and operational records Update payment trackers and internal databases Verify information accuracy and identify discrepancies Support reporting and administrative projects Process Improvement Follow structured procedures and operational workflows Support initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality Assist with special projects assigned by leadership What Were Looking For Required Qualifications B2+ English (written and spoken) 13 years of experience in: Administrative Support Customer Service Insurance Operations Payroll Support Business Operations Back-Office Environments Strong Microsoft Office skills Intermediate Excel knowledge Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who: Wants a long-term career path Enjoys working with processes, documentation, and operations Has strong attention to detail Is highly organized and dependable Can work independently while following procedures Provides excellent customer service Takes ownership of responsibilities Thrives in structured environments Why Join Us?
