We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Recruiter who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates, primarily within the caregiving and healthcare sector. What Youll Do As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping our organization grow by identifying and attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound recruiting calls to source and attract qualified candidates. Screen and evaluate applicants through phone interviews and assessments. Respond to inbound candidate inquiries and referrals. Convert interested candidates into scheduled interviews and appointments. Partner with the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process. Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and talent attraction initiatives. Maintain accurate candidate documentation and employee records. Ensure personnel files remain current and compliant within company systems. What Were Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. (B2-C1) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Preferred Qualifications Telemarketing, inside sales, staffing, or recruiting experience. Healthcare recruiting or healthcare administrative experience. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience working with caregivers, direct care staff, CNAs, or PCAs. Proven ability to build relationships and influence candidates.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
