Were looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success. In this role, youll become the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients during implementation, helping configure solutions, coordinate stakeholders, troubleshoot challenges, and drive successful adoption of services and systems. What Youll Do Client Implementations Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects Understand client requirements and configure solutions accordingly Serve as the primary contact throughout the implementation journey Guide clients through onboarding milestones and expectations Ensure successful adoption and transition into ongoing operations Client Training & Support Conduct welcome calls and implementation meetings Train clients on system functionality and best practices Address questions, concerns, and implementation challenges Troubleshoot operational and technical issues Operations & System Setup Review employee import files for accuracy Configure PrismHR settings, including departments, worksites, and divisions Update implementation tasks and case management tools Generate reports and implementation documentation Coordinate transition communications and project updates Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Payroll, Client Relations, Sales, and Operations teams Ensure alignment across all implementation activities Improve processes and identify onboarding efficiencies Contribute ideas that enhance the client experience What Were Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in: Client Implementation Client Onboarding Customer Success HR Services Account Management Related client-facing roles Strong client-facing experience Advanced English (C1) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships Preferred Qualifications Experience with PrismHR Experience within PEO, HR, Payroll, or Benefits environments Experience managing implementation or onboarding projects Familiarity with reporting and case management systems Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who: Loves working directly with clients Can confidently lead meetings and implementation calls Is organized, proactive, and accountable Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions Learns systems and processes quickly Thrives in fast-paced environments Balances technical accuracy with exceptional customer service Why Join Us?
