Staff accountant

Job Description This is an accounting position that reports directly to the Accounting Manager. The role performs General Accounting and Accounts Payable activities as part of the Accounting teams core responsibilities and objectives. The Staff Accountant will interact daily with the Accounting team for guidance and training. He or she will also collaborate with other members of the company to gather and disseminate accounting information. Responsibilities Review and classify accounts payable transactions. Process invoices in the companys operating systems. Maintain accounts receivable and prepare invoices with supporting documents. Record monthly adjusting and accrual journal entries in accordance with the operation. Record and reconcile daily cash transactions. Assist with month-end close processes. Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience University degree in Accounting or Accounting Technician. 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience, along with experience processing invoices. English level B2-C1 (must) Technical Skills Ability to manage large volumes of transactional data. Experience with accounting processes and invoice management. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking. Strong work ethic. Accuracy and timeliness in the completion of assigned work.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica
